My name is Dan Flower, I’m a designer, carpenter and builder based in South Devon. Here at Kookaburra Homes, we take on a variation of projects of all sizes. From renovations to new builds, extensions to landscaping projects, kitchens & bathrooms and bespoke joinery fit outs, each one tailored to yourselves for a unique experience.

Meet our directors, Dan and Sam

Dan Flower

Dan has 20 years’ experience in the construction industry. Starting out as a qualified carpenter and joiner he has then gone on to learn many other skills and gained an enormous amount of knowledge within the building industry. Dan also had his own successful business completing renovations, extensions, kitchens, bathrooms, and garden spaces to the highest standard. Dan’s passion for creating beautiful spaces and impeccable attention to detail has resulted in many happy customers.

Sam Morris

Sam brings a completely different set of skills to Kookaburra Homes, having studied law, and worked at a solicitors’ previously, followed by working in education for several years. Sam has loved soaking up all the new information and skills on site and using her administrative and accounts experience behind the scenes. Sam’s expertise nicely compliments Dan’s building knowledge to create a well rounded team.
